The Vollrath 37091 4-Series Signature Server® is a versatile serving counter designed for both hot and cold food applications. Measuring 74"W x 28"D x 34"H, this modular unit features three hot well openings, each measuring 11-7/8" x 19-7/8" x 6-3/8" deep, and one ice-cooled cold pan opening at 24" x 19-7/8". The enclosed base is constructed from durable 18/400 series stainless steel, while the top and wells are made from 18/300 series stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. Equipped with a Touch-Temp electronic control panel for precise temperature management, the hot wells include manifold drains for efficient drainage, and the cold pan features a 1" drain. The stainless steel unibody construction provides stability and strength, while the 4" heavy-duty swivel casters with brakes allow for easy mobility and secure positioning.
